Double check:

  1. That you've setup the integration correctly:
    1. Once you've logged in, click home in the top menu, then billing plans on the left
    2. Continue through the process until you get to the cloud software integration page
    3. If you've connected it correctly, you should see the account in Xero that we're connected to.
  2. That you've added your products correctly (if you haven't done this, your invoices will be sitting in Xero as drafts):
    1. Find out how to do that in the last section on this page.
