When importing a product catalogue file in CSV format, you must follow the following data rules.
Do not include these special characters:

| GLN | Global location number | The GLN must match with the Retailer's GLN registered on FormXchange. |
| Item code | Supplier's item code | |
| GTIN | Global trade item number | Must be a valid GTIN as per GS1 specifications. |
| Buyer code | Buyer's item code | |
| Description | Description of the item | |
| Unit price | The price of one item, excluding tax | This must be a numeric value, decimal values are accepted too. |
| Tax percentage | The tax (e.g. GST) percentage applicable to the item | This must be a numeric value, decimal values are accepted too. |
| Expiry date | Item's expiration date | This must be a valid date. |
